1:00 PM sharp.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1)
Property will be sold “AS IS WHERE IS” to the highest bidder by public auction with
no warranty provided.
2)
Sale is contingent upon final approval by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
3)
Successful bidder will be required to enter into a standard purchase contract
immediately at the conclusion of the auction. 10% of the gross purchase price will be
due immediately following the auction. Cashiers check or personal check accepted
with letter of credit from a bank or qualified lending institution. The balance will be
due at time of closing on or before March 31, 2017.
4)
The seller shall provide a title insurance policy in the amount of the purchase price of
the property.
5)
The estimated 2017 real estate taxes due, payable in 2018, and the 2018 real estate
taxes payable in 2019 will be prorated and will be credited by the seller to the buyer at
time of closing.
6)
